HARD RED SPRING WHEAT
Our wheat has a great story behind it.
When we added a wheat testing block to our replicated research program in 2018, we had no intention of selling wheat seed. Instead, the wheat testing complemented the extensive research we were already doing for breeding programs across the country.
But, we took notice of several products that first year and watched with piqued interest in 2020 and again in 2021 when they topped both ours and university trials. In 2021, we bestowed names on the top two: Buns and Muffins.
After years of testing, Buns is still with us and a new addition–Rolls–is now in our full product lineup. Try them on your farm and take a look at their top-end performance.
In addition, we continue to test dozens of other wheat options. Expect only the the best to reach our lineup soon.
